К After entering line 1 at the current line prompt, we are again taken to the  К
К line above the boxes.  Here we can define character strings as before or we  К
К can specify data from the data file to be printed.  This is done by pressing К
К the down arrow key.                                                          К

К A menu of options is displayed at the bottom of the screen.  We will select  К
К D for a data field.  We will discuss calculated fields later.                К

К When we press D, we are taken to the left hand box and the first data field  К
К is highlighted.  By using the up and down arrow keys, we can select the      К
К that we wish to print here.  Pressing the ENTER key will select the field.   К

К We are then taken to the right hand box to specify it's output length and    К
К sort and total options.  Note that I have selected the F_NAME field and      К
К specified that it is a sort field and that it will be the secondary sort.    К

К Then we are allowed to enter column headings for the field.                  К
